Bruno Moniz was born in 1981, Faial, Azores, Portugal.
He has a degree in Computers Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP), Portugal. Currently he's teaching on a professional school and colaborating with a company.
Bruno started photography in 2005 when he decided that he needed to express the feelings caused by his eyes and soul.
He wants to catch moments that are only, that the people feel enormous fan of feelings, that they desire to have been at the moment where the photograph was taken off.

"É um conjunto de momentos que tentam criar um ponto de partida para que o apreciador da fotografia faça a sua própria interpretação e crie os seus próprios sentimentos e ideias sobre o que está a observar. Quero levar as pessoas a viajar no tempo, sentirem o que senti, verem o que vi, no exacto instante em que carreguei no botão e registei um momento. Estes momentos são únicos, tão rápidos que, às vezes, por questões de segundos, tudo se perde. Contam uma vida, por vezes alegre, outras vezes triste."
